1. No Refund Policy

All digital products sold by 3i Digital Marketing, including the AI WordPress Automation Stack (templates, video tutorials, AI tools, and automation resources), are delivered electronically and made available for immediate download or access upon successful payment.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download links or access credentials have been provided, the transaction is complete. Digital products cannot be "returned" as they are intangible goods that are fully delivered at the point of access.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital product that is delivered instantly
• You have reviewed the product description, features, and specifications before purchasing
• No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued after purchase
• You waive any right to a cooling-off period or right of withdrawal for this digital purchase

2. No Cancellations

Since digital products are delivered instantly upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process is complete. The delivery of digital products is immediate and automated, and there is no window for cancellation after payment is processed.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review the product details, system requirements, and all information provided on the product page before completing their purchase.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the duplicate transaction. We will review the case and, at our sole discretion, may issue a credit or refund for the duplicate purchase only. Proof of duplicate purchase will be required.
